Converting a Word document to a PDF is the easiest task for us. Because Word documents are not compatible with all software, we must convert them to PDF.

What is Word?

Microsoft Word gives the simplest method for converting a Word document to a PDF.


Step 1: Open the Word document that you wish to convert to PDF.

Step 2: In the top left corner of the word document, click the File tab.




Step 3: On the screen, a list of File selections displays. Click on Save As.



Step 4: Navigate to the folder where you wish to save the PDF file. Go to the Sava as type. Click on the drop-down icon associate with Save as type. Select PDF (*.pdf) from the drop-down menu and click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Navigate to the file that you wish to convert to PDF format.

Step 4: After successfully uploading your file, the following screen appears with two options: View and download the file on your browser, or email it to yourself.

If you want to send this file by email, enter an email address in the send file by email text box and then click the Send to Email button. Otherwise, click on the View and Download in Browser.
