Unveiling the Essential Tools - Quick Access Toolbar, Title Bar, and Ruler

Quick Access Toolbar

The Microsoft Office Button is next to the Quick Access Toolbar. It is a toolbar that can be customised

and has a number of stand-alone commands. It provides you with rapid access to frequently used

commands like Save, Undo, Redo, and so forth.

More commands are available when you click the drop-down arrow adjacent to the toolbar. Any of these commands can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar with a left click. The commands that were added to the tool bar can easily be removed. The fast access toolbar cannot be expanded to include the indent, spacing values, unique styles, or other characteristics that display on the ribbon. The quick access toolbar's menu can be seen in the following image.

Title Bar

It lies next to the Quick Access Toolbar. The name of the presently running programme or document is displayed. It can be found in practically any window that is open on your computer. Therefore, if there are multiple windows on the screen, you can tell which window is who’s by glancing at the title bar. You can also drag the title bar to reposition a window in many graphical user interfaces

Ruler

Below the Ribbon that surrounds the document's edge is where you'll find the Ruler. It is used to alter the document's format, assisting you in aligning the text, tables, pictures, and other document components. It offers you an indication of the size of the document using inches or centimetres as the measuring unit.
